Check in is between 4.00pm and 11.00pm.
Check out is between 8.00 am and 11.00am.
Breakfast is between 8.30am and 10.30am.
All our buildings and adjacent patios are no-smoking.
To confirm your reservation we require a payment into our Portuguese bank account of a value equal to half of the number of nights booked. This amount is non-refundable. We recommend that you arrange travel/cancellation insurance. A different reservation and cancellation policy applies to Óbidos Golf Packages.
Any damages or breakages caused to property of Quinta da Olivia will be charged. Guests will be held responsible for any repair or replacement required due to breakages, loss or damage. Rooms must be left in a presentable & clean condition.
Bed & Breakfast Quinta da Olivia accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused whilst within the confines of the property. Use of the terrain, swimming pool and all the facilities is at the responsibility of the guests.
A large part of our terrain is farmland, the swimming pool is unfenced. The terrain and swimming pool are therefore only suitable for children under constant supervision.
Wi-fi is available and is free of charge.
Free private parking is available on site.
Pets are not allowed.
